Game of Thrones has been one of the most-loved fantasy TV series for the past seven years and its loyal fan base is currently transitioning themselves in preparation for the much anticipated new season, which is set to be premiered this coming July 18, 2017.

Harington Shows Love For His Character

From iconic characters like Jamie Lannister to Jon Snow, fans can either love them or hate them, but they simply can't ignore them. Kit Harington, who embodies the character of Jon Snow, says that he is emotionally connected with his famous Game of Thrones character, saying that he will forever cherish his journey.

Jon Snow To Undergo Big Changes In New Season

According to The News International, Kit claims that he "sort of know" where the character is right now-now, along with saying that Jon Snow "might" go through some big changes, but he, later on, said that he doesn't entirely know.

"Playing the character has been dear to me," Kit said. "I have lived with him for so long and I've come to a moment of feeling quite emotional about him, actually, knowing that I'm no longer going to get to go back to him after next year."

Furthermore, Kit added that he is really trying to just enjoy the limited moments of having to live the sort of dual life with Jon Snow. He said that he is really just trying to take stock of living the dual life and go through so much with the character "It's been a rather strange yet very memorable journey, and I will always be fond of it," the Game of Thrones star said

According to Pinkvilla, Kit also revealed that he has just finished shooting for Game of Thrones Season 7, and is already counting down the days until he gets the season eight scripts. Game of Thrones will premiere on HBO on July 16, 2017.
