Additionally, apart from the movie premiere, the film was followed by a sneak peak "Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi."
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean 5'
According to ABC News, the swashbuckling film would also mark the return of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow and Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa. In the new movie, it will allegedly introduce a breath of new and young characters including that of Brenton Thwaites and Kaya Scodelario. It was found that Javier Bardem is set to play as the ghostly villain with a vengeance as they all embark on the new quest of searching for Poseidon's trident on the high seas. Speaking of comeback, "Pirates of the Caribbean" will also be considered as the return of Orlando Bloom as Will Sparrow, who hasn't been in a "Pirates" film since 2007's "At World's End."
As per Daily Express, the movie being subtitled as "Dead Men Tell No Tales," "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" has earned mostly positive reactions, with critics saying that the film was a return to form. As of press time, producers of the film have revealed that the franchise has already grossed over $3.73 billion worldwide for the studio.
Ultimately, the entire production has also admitted that the pressure to continue the enormous successes of the previous films has been felt in making this 5th installment, but the production staff has also been quick to redeem its lagging reputation.
