He drops NG (150 000), NG+ (300 000), NG++ (330 000), NG+3 (396 000), NG+4 (??), NG+5 (??), NG+6 (??), NG+7 (??), Soul of Darkeater Midir and the Spears of the Church covenant badge. He can be encountered twice and the second one is the optional boss fight and has a specific pre-requisite to unlock.
