Jessa Duggar is receiving negative comments regarding her upcoming talk on being "fashionably modest." Mrs. Seewald confirmed to attend a retreat in June to teach the ladies about dressing properly in the modern era. However, her sons' and her sister's latest outfit controversies had some people in an uproar, labeling her advice as another Duggar hypocracy.

It has already become a common knowledge that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar implement a strict dress code rule on to their kids, most especially their daughters. Although there are those who will disagree, Jessa Duggar Seewald though has become a fashion icon to religious ladies as she reportedly manages to jive in with the present day's trend while preserving her dignity. With that said, Jessa has been invited to share a talk wherein she will give some tips on how to dress properly.

The "Counting On" star's speech though is already earning a lot of negative comments most especially that her sister, Jinger Duggar Vuolo, recently had some people criticizing her choice of outfit. She stepped out with her sisters last week sporting a pair of pants which is against the Duggars' dress code for ladies. This is not the first time though that she caught the attention of the public for not wearing the Duggar family's traditional long dress requirement.

In February, Jinger Duggar Vuolo visited a campus in Texas wearing only a pair of short pants. Fans of "Counting On" then believed that she has become a rebel after she left the home of the Duggars after marrying Jeremy Vuolo. However, her husband seemed to be fine with her change since Jeremy has a belief that ladies can wear pants.

Apart from the issue on Jinger's outfit, Jessa Duggar was recently slammed for her sons' costume. The babies were in decent attires but their ensemble lacked socks and shoes which provoked fans to bash her supposed hypocracy. She has however responded to the comments on her Instagram post writing that her babies are not in real danger without their socks and shoes on.

Also, it can be recalled that Jessa was one of the victims of Josh Duggar's molestation problems. The family follows a belief where any sexual abuse is blamed on the victim who is said to give the abuser the reason to do such misbehavior. This has then left some people wondering if Jessa Duggar Seewald dressed immorally that made her brother molest her.

Her upcoming talk has become a subject for mockery for these reasons, but there are still a lot of people who support the Duggar family despite the controversies they face.
