OnePlus 5 News: Official Look, Price And Release Date Revealed
Ahead of its official release dated on June 20th, OnePlus is slowly releasing details regarding the OnePlus 5. The latest teaser shows off a dual camera setup at the back that comes with two sensors horizontally next to each other.
In a recent report, on the official OnePlus page, an image of the OnePlus 5 was posted with the tagline "Dual Camera. Clearer Photos.", alongside a caption "Dual camera. Clearer photos" then a short video was also released shortly after, giving a glimpse at the dual-lens camera.
As confirmed, the main camera system of the upcoming OnePlus phone will come with two horizontally aligned lenses placed on the top-left corner of its rear panel and along with dual LED, dual tone flash and as reports claim, it'll be available in a range of colors. The OnePlus 5 is set to be a powerful smartphone, a true flagship killer, a role which its predecessors have played well in each of their own generation.
In a recent report, On June 20, the company will host multiple "pop-up" events in London, New York and across Europe starting at 5 pm UK time. The details of the locations and how to attend the launch are listed on a new page which is set-up by OnePlus and confirmed by the company's CEO.
In a separate note, OnePlus has already confirmed June 22nd as the launch date for OnePlus 5 in India. Amazon India has reported that the next flagship killer will be exclusively made available for purchase from the website. An information was also gleaned from the source code of Amazon's page, revealing a massive of 8GB of RAM on the device. Reports claim that the OnePlus 5 may come and cost €550 in Europe while it'll cost $550 in the US.
