The two stars of the popular romantic time-travelling series, “Outlander” are at it again. Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe have been caught once again bickering on social media and it was quite a funny sight.

“Outlander” is preparing for its new season and its official release date has yet to be announced. The network has been keeping fans in the loop with regular updates on the production as well as a glimpse of what is happening behind the camera. It is a known fact that co-actors Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe, who portray the respective lead roles of Frank Randall and Claire Fraser, have always been chummy behind the scenes. The two actors’ close relationship adds up to the chemistry of their star-crossed characters.

Heughan and Balfe have never been shy about displaying their affection for each other, sometimes ones that they wished they never had for each other. The two are always seen interacting on social media especially Twitter as if they were not aware that direct messages exist. With the whole world to see, fans can see how much the two actors are comfortable with each other. In fact, the two just got into a hilarious Twitter feud over butts.

The so-called feud all started when the author of the “Outlander” novels Diana Gabaldon commended the two stars for working their asses off. Heughan replied with a staged disbelief over the thought that Gabaldon has actually seen their butts. Of course, an hour later, Balfe replies to his comment and said that no one would want to see his tooshie. Balfe’s reply started a bickering of the two, dissing each other’s buttock with countless emojis and it went on for an hour on June 14. The two have always been like this on social media and just last month they were sort of flirting, exchanging tweets, and poking fun at each other.
