Meet G Suite, A Repackaged Google for Work and Google Apps

After Google launches Daydream and Google Home and Chromecast Ultra, the tech giant seems unstoppable. The company is very determined to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and BigQuery as its next innovative move.

Enterprise Platform Is Now Google Cloud And Created G Suite

Google remodeled its Enterprise Platform last Sept. 29 as Google Cloud. According to Nasdaq, Google Cloud contains Google Cloud Platform, enterprise mobility and Chromebooks.

"To mark the grand rebranding, Google elevated Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to its list of hits - its products with over a billion daily users. GCP, touches over a billion IP addresses daily," said Enterprise Head, Diane Greene.

Also, according to Google Blog, Google announces new products and applications to not only help its customers and promise to improve the tech giant's products such as Gmail and Android but also to power businesses globally.

G Suite is formerly known as Google for Work and Google Apps. G Suite is very different from Google's apps such as Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar and Hangouts that were called "a set of intelligent apps." The tech giant's G Suite has a learning machine that can help users with its software.

According to The Register, Team Drive is included in addition to G Suite's apps. Prabhakar Raghavan, vice president of engineering for Google Apps said, "The goal is to get away from the notion that content is owned by individuals."

Google's BigQuery And Google Cloud Machine Learning

BigQuery is Google's software for Enterprise. The software aids analytics before and now it also helps in standard Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, making it fit for data storage. It is also for Enterprise that supports Identity and Access Management (IAM) for data control.

According to Urs Hölzle, Google's Software engineer said, "[Big Query's] high performance does not come at the penalty of paying through your nose. It's not just easier to use, it's also cheaper to use."

Google Cloud Machine Learning is for expanding its cloud footprint in other regions such as, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, Northern Virginia, São Paulo, London, Finland and Frankfurt. Google wants to reach more next year.
