Although season 4 has not started yet, there are a lot of speculations surrounding the massive show. These rumors have been attached to the show and fans are really worried. According to some reports, there are a lot of things to expect on the incoming series but at the same time this could be their last.

Benedict Cumberbatch Is Still Sherlock Holmes

Fans were relieved when the news was out that The Doctor Strange actor will go back to play the lead role of Sherlock Holmes. Benedict Cumberbatch confirms it himself that he is more than ready to take on the role again. The rumors started when one of the insiders told that Benedict Cumberbatch will turn down the offer to do another season due to numerous movie offers from various companies. But the rumors died down when he acknowledged his return.

First 3 Episodes Revealed

Some of the insiders was able to get hold of the first three episodes of Sherlock Holmes Season 4. Actually, even the producers gave a hint on what Season 4 has to offer. Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss gave fans a clue that Thatcher, Smith and Sherrinford will be the themes for the upcoming three-episode fourth season. With that said, this will be a reunion for Sherlock(Benedict Cumberbatch) and Irene Adler(Lara Pulver) reunion on screen.

Plots And Twists Revealed

Dr. Johnson Watson(Martin Freeman) mentioned on his blog a lot of information on the incoming episode. He said that the Thatcher story case is upfront. He even mentioned that Sherlock will not have a problem with the case but all we know is how the Sherlock series producer thinks. They are not going to give Sherlock an upfront battle with anybody. It might be that somebody will betray our lead character.
