Pokemon Go Update: Start Stocking PokeBalls For Upcoming WInter Event

Christmas Season is coming fast and that means majority of the game titles will be hosting their very own Winter Event. Apparently for Niantic, there are still no official word regarding their Winter Event for Pokemon Go. However, fans are highly expecting for the said event to arrive anytime soon.

According to the report from Otakukart, Pokemon Go is starting to get back on track since the release of Halloween Event. It was reported that fans have becoming more engaged to the game compared to the past few months. Currently, the community is patiently waiting for the company's announcement of Pokemon Go's Winter Event.

Based on the report, some players said that Pokemon Go's Winter Event will work similarly with the previous Halloween Event. Apparently, it will have an increase spawn of Ice Type Pokemon this time. If this is true, fans might need a lot of PokeBalls in order to catch these rare types.

One notable ice type is Lapras which belongs to the category of the best gym attackers and defenders. Lapras could fairly compete with Dragonite at some point. Additionally, fans might be given an opportunity to catch this strong creature frequently in the wild.

On the other hand, there are several players who are living in the rural areas. These places are known to have lesser density of PokeStops. That means collecting and stocking more PokeBalls might be difficult for them. It was highly suggested to look for cafés nearby which offers Wifi services.

In addition, some players might be paying for bag extension in order to store more PokeBalls. However, some considered this as unnecessary and a waste of money. There are lots of ways on how to effectively store PokeBalls without spending too much PokeCoins. One way is to be wise on catching Pokemon in the wild. This means that you should consider not to catch all Pokemon appearing on your screen.
