Kim Kardashian and other celebrities are sharing their diet secrets to maintain a healthier and sexier body after feasting on too much fatty food over the holiday season. A lot of Hollywood celebrities also grabbed the spotlight for losing a huge fraction of their weight in 2016 and they thank the same weight loss solution - healthy dieting.

Studies have revealed that people gain weight the most as November and December comes in. Starting from Thanksgiving yielding to Christmas and finally New Year, most families prepare sumptuous dishes that are at the same time rich in cholesterol and weight-gaining ingredients. A person reportedly can gain at least 10 pounds over these feasting seasons and they usually find it hard to return to their usual healthy diets a few days after the holidays.

Looking at 2016, the year has been a "health-focused" year for a lot of plus sized Hollywood personalities where Oprah Winfrey and Melissa McCarthy surprised the world with their 40-pound and 75-pound weight loss, respectively. While McCarthy revealed that her weight loss was boosted by a natural weight loss pill she takes twice a day and Winfrey claimed that her Weight Watchers program made her fitter, Kim Kardashian shared her own diet tips which made her shed off 70 pounds.

According to Inquisitr, Kim Kardashian follows a low carb, high protein diet. After giving birth to her son, she started to use the Atkins diet and combined it with a fitness regime. Kim then told People, "I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn't really ever think that before." She also revealed that dieting is essential to any weight loss program as exercising is not enough. She also shared that she does not deprive herself of food while she is on a diet. "I thought, 'Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.' But you have to work out all the time..."We eat a lot of fish and turkey."

Atkins 40 weight loss plan prompted Kim to eat only 1,800 calories daily. She also includes trail mix with chocolate for her snack. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian's sister, Khloe, also shared she lost weight by cutting off dairy products from her diet, speeding her journey to fitness.
