Final Fantasy XV January Update: How Moogle Chocobo Carnival Event Works

It was last month that Square Enix encouraged players to download the Holiday Pack DLC in time for their January Carnival event. At present, Square Enix is yet to announce the beginning date of the event and can players expect of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival event.

This Final Fantasy 15 January event will be an unusual RPG Event. It will only have a limited access time. This kind of event is unusual for the type of RPGs that are online non-multiplayer since players are not given the chance to directly enjoy the experience with other gamers. In addition, some of the future Final Fantasy 15 players, who have played the game way longer since its last update, may not be able to experience this feature again.

It is suggested that players who possess the Carnival Passport should go ahead and use up all of the event contents once these are out. The Moogle Chocobo Carnival event has no final release date, but Square Enix may surprise fans by releasing a Final Fantasy XV January update. Fans should also remember that any festive changes that are made into the towns within the game can be hints related to the upcoming event.

Based on the promotional image that was released in the official Moogle Chocobo Carnival, the event is held in a body of water that has a building surrounding it. It also features a building architecture that has similarity to the Altissia buildings. It is required that players should unlock Altissia first before getting the chance to participate in the event.

Once the event starts, the Moogle Chocobo Carnival area might be made accessible for the Gondoliers to come. It will also be possible that the Moogle Chocobo Carnival event will feature the Moogles from the Final Fantasy 15 world, according to The Bit Bag.
