Prepare Your Half-Life 3 Questions As Gabe Newell Goes Reddit AMA

Half-Life 3 is reportedly canceled, but Gabe Newell's appearance on Reddit AMA is confirmed. That's right -- Valve's very own guy will go live on the said social media site. There, he's ready to answer any questions. So for those who are still hoping for HL3, this is the right time to clear things out.

According to PC Gamer, Newell has already agreed to host a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything). The event is scheduled at 3 PM PT/11 PM GMT today. Obviously, he'll appear on The Gaben subreddit. The confirmation came from the community moderator named Jedi Burrell. And not just that, Steam's subreddit itself says so, too.

As previously reported here at iTech Post, fans were aghast following the reports about Half-Life 3 being canceled. Apparently, an unnamed source from Valve pointed this out. He suggests that the company's unwillingness to approve or consider employee ideas was the main culprit behind. And much to the surprise of many, one of the hindrances to the existence of HL3 is no other than Newell.

With the impending Reddit AMA of Newell, burning questions are to be expected. Tons of players will be asking questions about the real status of Half-Life 3. Or perhaps, they want to confirm if what the aforementioned source said is true. Or better yet, they'll again make fun of the great Gaben. Regardless, this activity is something that fans should be involved into.

Aside from Half-Life 3, fans might also be asking about the controversial DotA 2 7.0 update. It's worth noting that the latter brought major changes to games. From features to major landscape changes to whatnots, it totally shook the old meta. While some are happy, most were simply not.

What are your thoughts on the rumored cancellation of Half-Life 3? Will you join the Reddit AMA of Gabe Newell? What type of questions will you be asking? Be sure to let us know at the comment section below!
