Overwatch Update: Terry Crews Creates A Short Mock Audition For Doomfist

Around two months ago, Overwatch fans have noticed that Terry Crews paid a visit at Blizzard's studio and this elicited numerous speculations about the possibility of the actor to be chosen by the development team in order to give voice to the character Doomfist. However, this has to be confirmed still by Blizzard, or by anyone from Overwatch's production team. Since this is the case, Terry Crews is still campaigning for the role by doing a mock audition for Doomfist.

A YouTube video that can be seen in the Yahoo eSports' channel, shows Crews making an intense effort in portraying the character through his comical vocal talent for the voice of Doomfist. Terry Crews is a renowned celebrity gamer, thus he possesses great knowledge and familiarity with the gaming world. This gives him the upper-hand in competitions, assuming that Blizzard will give him the go signal to voice over Doomfist in Overwatch. It is also worth mentioning that the possibilities of him being positively received by the Overwatch community of around 25 million registered players, is indeed high.

Considering all of these, there is no assurance yet if Terry Crews will indeed get what he is wishing for in playing Doomfist. Blizzard is still on the process of updating the game in order to give players regular fresh content. Therefore the addition of Crews as Doomfist might indeed please both fans and critic of the game, and this announcement could come at any given moment. According to Game Rant, it has now been roughly three months  after the addition of Sombra, so it could be an appropriate time for the developer to add a new hero. It is also a fascinating moment to see Terry Crews to probably give the impressive kind of energy and charm that is equivocally important for a character such as Doomfist.
