Why Tom Clancy's The Division Update 1.6 Should Arrive Anytime Now

There's no doubt that Tom Clancy's The Division still remains as the biggest title Ubisoft has ever released. Or at least for the time being. Nevertheless, there are a lot of things to be excited about the title. One is the fact that a new update is expected to be released. But of course, the question remains is when it'll be unleashed.

According to Mic, the next Tom Clancy's The Division update is no other than update 1.6. The studio iterated that a good number of new features and whatnots are coming via the said patch. Apparently, nothing specific has been revealed. But one thing's for sure: it'll be released alongside the next expansion, which is the Last Stand.

As of this writing, the exact release date of the aforementioned Tom Clancy's The Division remains unknown. However, it's worth noting that the public test server process for it has already concluded. The latter happened on Feb. 10. So, in a sense, things are about to surface anytime now.

In the past Tom Clancy's The Division updates, Ubisoft ran the patches in the game's public test server. This happened after the studio promised to give the community (at least the players who play on PC) access to any forthcoming updates or features. This is exactly what happened to the upcoming patch, only which it already concluded.

Many Tom Clancy's The Division enthusiasts believe that update 1.6 will further expand the world of the game. As seen on the above-mentioned server, a brand new northern wing was added to the title's titular PvP Dark Zone. The latter is famous for introducing a great legion of enemies as well as opportunities for the players to experience. Since everything seems to be set, players can expect the new update to arrive anytime soon. And yes, Ubisoft will soon reveal it.
