The new Ringed City DLC in Dark Souls 3 hides many secrets that should be uncovered either to help players on their way or sate their curious souls. Such secret that involves the latter is known to some as the "Show Your Humanity" riddle. Before the player can reach the Purging Monument, an altar that lets them erase their past sins, reverse the hollowing and resurrect a mini-boss, they will need to solve this riddle. The riddle is engraved on a wall near the Ringed City Streets bonfire, which says, "Show your humanity."
To solve this puzzle is simple. The player needs to simply turn themselves into a Humanity sprite by going to the swamp, pick up and use a White Branch then go back to the wall and a ladder will drop down. That's how to solve the riddle in Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City.
Another secret is the Dragonslayer Armor, which is a nice set that can be obtained by killing the armor itself animated and tucked away further through the swamp. Aside from the loot, defeating Midir means the player will be able to join the new covenant in Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City, which is the Spear of the Church covenant. Becoming a member of the covenant has a fun perk, and that's being summoned to defend the church from other players and taking the place of Halflight during the boss fight.
