Ubisoft To Release New 'For Honor' Update Prior To Season 2

For Honor players are in for a huge treat, as the second season of the game is starting to make huge waves. In fact, Ubisoft is set to release a new update prior to the arrival of the said season. Here it is in a nutshell.

According to Express, the studio is about to release patch 1.07 for all versions (PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC) of For Honor. It will be made available from 8 AM EST, while UK fans can acquire it at 1 PM. It is specifically designed to bring significant changes to the game, just enough to pave the way for the upcoming season.

The aforementioned For Honor update is confirmed to bring changes to the controls and various game modes. Add to this the tweaks Ubisoft is bringing to each hero in the game. Moreover, the in-game economy and XP are also set to receive a couple of tweaks. Thanks to this update, players will now have more chances of obtaining experience points (XP) compared before.

Among the exciting additions via the For Honor patch 1.07 is the Epic gear. The video game company suggests that this gear will become available for players to loot after each match in the game. This one here is also expected to become obtainable in various crates, as reported by Heavy.

In related For Honor news, Ubisoft has just announced its upcoming Livestream. The latter will reportedly showcase a total of 16 competitors. Above all, during this Livestream, the new heroes the Shinobi and the Centurio will be highlighted. Players who are interested to see what the studio is up to may simply go to the official Twitch channel of the game. The stream is expected to launch at 5 PM ET/2 PM PT.

The second season of For Honor will bring new contents and features. The new heroes will be readily available to season pass holders, while non-pass holders will have to wait a couple more of days. The latter will also have to use the in-game currency to purchase these heroes.
