One Direction Reunion To Happen Earlier Than Expected; Niall Horan Confirms

It has been a while since fans have seen or heard from the band, One Direction. The members are all trying to make it through separate paths and after a long wait, it has been revealed that the band might just be reuniting sooner than expected.

One Direction debuted in 2010 and became a phenomenon after taking part in “The X Factor”, which made them one of the top artists in the world with a huge fan base. The band released several songs and albums and was given various awards. However, in 2015, the band announced that they will be taking an indefinite hiatus starting January 2016 to allow the members to pursue other opportunities. Their last performance as a group was in December 2015 when they played at “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve”.

One of the boyband members, Niall Horan revealed that he still has no idea when the group’s reunion will be. However, he is hoping that it will be in the next few years and not when they are already in their 40s. The reunion is so important to him, and to the rest of the members of course, that he revealed that he will drop everything he’s doing once One Direction finally decides to emerge from their hiatus.

He is also optimistic that once the group gets back together for a comeback, former member Zayn Malik will be also be returning to join them on the forefront. Malik left the band in March 2015, which at first made the rest of the members furious, but with how Horan said it, it seems like they have patched things up with him. He shared that the other members, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson have also been keeping in touch with him and remain close with them.
