'Arrow' Season 6 Spoilers, Updates: Black Canary's Memorial Featured, Showrunner Warns Season 5 Finale Yields Consequences

The CW has concluded the fifth season of “Arrow” last month and it has left fans with cliffhangers. New teasers for the new season reveals a memorial for certain character. The series creator has also revealed that the latest season’s finale will see a ripple of events.

The CW renewed the popular DC television series, “Arrow” for the sixth season and it has been scheduled to premiere in October. The production for “Arrow” Season 6 has reportedly kicked off especially when they are eyeing for a release later this year. The production has given fans a glimpse of what’s up in the next installment with the reveal of a concept art. The newly released concept art featured the late Black Canary.

Anyone who has been following the show knows that Black Canary went through a lot and was actually portrayed by different characters until Laurel became the final one for a period of time. Originally donned by her sister, Laurel went to the front lines of “Arrow” and got into the main parts of the action. However, just like her sister, she met her untimely demise. Team Arrow has gone their way to put up a statue in memory of the vigilante, Black Canary. As revealed in the concept photo that Marc Guggenheim uploaded, the statue is befitting of a hero that lurked in the shadows.

Meanwhile, executive producer Guggenheim has been teasing fans with the epic cliffhanger that “Arrow” Season 5 left off with. The finale featured a huge explosion and fans are wondering, mostly worried, of who might have survived the blast. Guggenheim pointed out that people are focusing on the notions of who might have survived or died but there could be other lethal consequences from the finale. He pointed out that given the track record of “Arrow” when it comes to surprises, they might just opt to do something else and truly unexpected.
