Pokemon Go News: How Smartwatches Affect The Game

Since Apple announced the accessibility of the worldwide hit game Pokemon Go on the next generation of Apple Watches last month, things have gone well for the wearable watches as Samsung responded by stating that they will also have the famous app on their own Android watches as well. However, as to date, neither of the two tech giants released an official date of launch while only leaving a hypothetical period by the end of the year.

According to Otakukart, without these watches, it will bring an enormous disadvantage to players when playing Pokemon Go. The report mentions that both Apple and Samsung smartwatches will have better tracking and hatching eggs compared to those who normally don't have. Long before, some players are dependent on the third-party tracking apps. However, with Niantic ending the era of these tracking apps, tracking and catching Pokemon will be a little bit harder than ever.

Otakukart mentions that if you own either of these smartwatches, you don't have to constantly look at your mobile's screen to catch Pokemon. It will directly send a notification as to what kind of Pokemon appeared nearby. It is also being said that accessing PokeStops through these watches are a lot quicker than before by just tapping on your wrist.

When it comes to hatching some eggs, smartwatches make it easier since you will not need to turn off the game with it always being open on your watch. Pokemon Go will also be more accessible than before even if you are at work or school. It is just like constantly checking for the time on your watch. Unfortunately, everything has its own disadvantage. Having these smartwatches with the game running all day long could drain your battery exponentially. However, it was suggested to bring some portable charger along the way.

Nonetheless, the integration of the game into these new generation of smartwatches bring a great advantage to those avid fans of the game while at the same time, also a great promotion for the sales of these upcoming devices.
