And it seems like all of their wishes are waiting to be answered as Microsoft reveals their updated gaming console - the Xbox 2: Project Scorpio. The upcoming console is said to be the most interesting and exciting release of Microsoft to date. Sources even told that it could exceed the applause given by the PlayStation 4 Pro.

According to International Business Times, Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, admitted that the 'Xbox 2: Project Scorpio' would be released next year. Sources told that the Xbox is coming up with features that are never seen in other gaming consoles.

The first feature that consumers should be excited about is the 4k games compatibility. Many believed that the console would support 4k gaming tagged with Windows 10 integration. Another is the VR-compatibility, consumers should still be happy about this despite its appearance on other consoles before. This is because the Project Scorpio is assumed to be VR ready that would eventually let users access the PC games in VR.

Other than that, it is also speculated that 'Xbox 2: Project Scorpio' would feature Powerful GPU and Xbox One content compatibility

On the other hand, Phil Spencer also revealed that the gaming console would just be priced around $500-$600. This is against the rumors that the upcoming Xbox would be priced equal to the high-end gadgets that are being released today.

With this news, many are excited to get their 'Xbox 2: Project Scorpio' soon.

"It will cost more than S, obviously, that's how we are building it.

"We have not announced the pricing yet, but I want to make sure that the investment we are putting into the product of Scorpio meets the demands of the higher-end consumer and that will be a higher price."
