Ubisoft has recently launched a new teaser trailer for Rainbow Six Siege. This time, it highlights the new operator coming from the Velvet Shell DLC. The character was identified as Mira, the second Spanish operator which is expected to arrive next week.

According to the report from Game Rant, Ubisoft has been dropping some teasers for their Year 2 of downloadable content for the famous competitive shooter game Rainbow Six Siege. Meawhile, the information regarding the upcoming Operation Velvet Shell content are now slowly being revealed by Ubisoft. Furthermore, the new content's full reveal is scheduled this coming weekend at the International Six Event.

Based on the report, Mira has been revealed on a very short video trailer who will join Jackal in the upcoming expansion pack. The trailer shows Mira holding a very large tool that can be deployed in a steel-clad wall, expanded and eventually detonate out a large piece. Apparently, it was hinted that her tool appears to attach a piece of glass into the newly made hole, with lots of fans suspecting to be a one-way looking glass.

Meanwhile, The Bitbag reported that early leaks made fans suspect that the new operator is a defense character due to her large helmet, visor and the large gadget that she holds. However, fans are now divided on what role Mira can fill once she arrives.

On the other hand, the full reveal for Operation Velvet Shell is scheduled this coming Sunday, Feb. 5, while its official release will be on Feb. 7. Aside from the two new character additions, a new map called Coastline will be added. The report mentions that it will focus on a famous nightclub in Ibiza, Spain. In addition, fans should also expect more bug fixes and various improvements similar to the previous Rainbow Six Siege contents. Rainbow Six Siege is now available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
