Chinese giant Huawei officially announced in China the Honor V9, a mobile device that could definitely represent another major hit for the company in the Chinese market, thanks to some specs and features that seems quite outstanding. This revelation came after Huawei wrapped off its new mid-ranger Honor 8 Lite, which represents an aggressive strategy of the company in boosting its sales.

The Honor V9 Will Pack A 4,000 mAh Battery

What seems quite surprising about the Honor V9 is that it's considered as a beast device, which is something uncommon for the Honor´s V series, since these smartphones usually fit in the mid-range Honor series and the higher-end P and Mate series. However, this new mobile device gives the P9 and Mate 9 a run for their money, considering that its specs are flagship worthy.

Believe it or not, the Honor V9 sports a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, and is actually powered by the Mate 9´s octa-core Kirin 960 processor.  This clearly shows how Huawei is willing to make a major effort in order to conquer the Chinese market while it takes the major leap to the Americans with the P10 series.

The Honor V9 Will Go On Sale

In addition to these specifications, the Honor V9 is backed by a hefty 4 or 6GB of RAM, including an either 64 or 128GB on-board storage, and is actually powered by a non-removable 4,000 mAh battery, which is probably the most incredible detail of the mobile device. In short, the customers will have the opportunity to use the smartphone for a day without having to worry in its battery life.

The Honor V9 will sport two 12MP camera sensors with a f/2.2 aperture, and a fingerprint sensor sitting below the dual-camera setup. This outstanding mobile device will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, and it will go on sale on February 28.  It is available in Platinum Gold, Aurora Blue and Flame Red color options.
