Titanfall 2 Developers Tease Upcoming Free DLC, Future Of The Franchise

Titanfall 2 developers Respawn tease the upcoming free DLC of the game and also promises to communicate better in terms of updates. Furthermore, they have also shared where they want to take the franchise and its potential future.

Respawn's multiplayer shooter had won over the hearts of many fans in 2016 for its mechanics and gameplay. While it is not as popular as other online shooters, the game still has its own solid fanbase that continues to expand. In line with this, the developers have revealed more details about their game and the improvements they want to make as a whole.

According to GameSpot, Respawn claimed that the installment is still healthy and growing as they are gaining new players every week. In spite of this, the developers did not share any official figures whatsoever. Even so, they have promised even more free downloadable content (DLC) in the future along with possible plans of different projects.

They are currently focusing on the long-term future of the game as the core team is focusing on creating on some new things, as per PC Gamer. Moreover, Respawn is personally excited for these upcoming improvements as well.

Improving Communication With The Fans

On a different note, the developers have acknowledged the fact that they could have done a better job in relaying information about their content. Because of this, they promised to improve their communication regarding future DLC updates. The developers also promised more free content along with store items and Prime Titans.

Similarly, Respawn also plans to launch a Q&A video series, some developers blogs and more in response to their communication issues. Fans can wait until March 23 to get a full update regarding this month's DLC updates. Those who are interested in Titanfall 2 can play the game on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
