That said, the A-lister actress will also settle with their children after she eyes an almost $25 million on a historic Cecil B. DeMille Estate, considered as one of the city's best. As of press time, however, things are yet to be confirmed if a sale has already been finalized.

According to Daily Mail, given that the deal will push through, Angelina Jolie will be living alongside other Hollywood stars such as Casey Affleck, Natalie Portman, Lauren Graham and Will.I.Am as her neighbors. Apart from that, it was also found that the $25 million mansion offers six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms which are said to have already been put on the market. In terms of the exteriors, the historic Cecil B. DeMille Estate is reportedly having a huge garden with a swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery and retro chic arched fountains.

Furthermore, as per TMZ, the home was built in 1913 where a famed director has allegedly lived there until his death in 1959. In addition, before Angelina Jolie was reported to offer such amount, it was found that the highest amount anyone has paid for a home in the area is Lydia Hearst, who allegedly spent $13 million. On the other hand, it turns out that the 41-year old actress' alleged purchase is nearly double of what the previous record has made.

As of this writing, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have already reached a divorce settlement in January, agreeing to keep the proceedings and their children's custody in private. Ultimately, the estranged couple's huge portfolio of property has reportedly been sold in October and their French estate Chateau Miraval, where they tied the knot.
