Pokemon Sun And Moon Guide To Poke Pelago: Isle Abeens, Aplenny, Aphun, Eveup And Avue

In Pokemon Sun and Moon's Poke Pelago, there are four islands that offer different services. There's Isle Abeens, Isle Aplenny, Isle Aphun, Isle Eveup and Isle Avue where you can leave your Pokemon to forage for Poke Beans, send them on missions or to train them. We will talk about each of them and how you can use them.

Poke Pelago: Isle Abeens

The first Poke Pelago Island you will gain access to is Isle Abeens. In the center of the island, you will find a beanstalk. Tap it and get the Poke Beans that fall down. You will be able to use these items to upgrade the islands and also to feed your Pokemon to gain affection.

Each island can level up twice. Rank 2 requires 15 Pokemon in Box and 30 Poke Beans, while Rank 3 requires 30 Pokemon in Box and 90 Poke Beans. You can visit daily to get some beans, but note that there is a daily limit. You can also get one every day from the café, so be sure to also visit it daily.

Another thing about Isle Abeens is that it attracts wild Pokemon. You can have it join your party. If you see a heart, it means that it has taken a liking to you. You will also be notified that the Pokemon might be there the next day and join you.

It is advised that you level up this isle first before you explore the others. Achieving Rank 3 will most benefit you in the long run.

Poke Pelago: Isle Aplenny

In Isle Aplenny, you get to farm. You can grow different Berries, which would take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to be ready for berry picking. Rank 1 requires 15 Pokemon in Box and 15 Poke Beans. You can grow a maximum of six Berry Trees in this rank.

If you want more Berries, you can upgrade to Rank 2, which requires 30 Pokemon in Box and 60 Poke Beans. You will then be able to grow 12 Berry Trees, but you want to take it up to 18, you can upgrade to Rank 3 of Isle Aplenny. You will need 30 Pokemon in Box and 90 Poke Beans.

Poke Pelago: Isle Aphun

To send your Pokemon to missions, unlock Isle Aphun. These missions are actually not that exciting, because all your monsters do is collect stuff for you. However, these items are pretty important for competitive training, so you will want to unlock this island as soon as possible.

Your Pokemon will complete the missions in 24 hours, but you can call them back earlier if you want to. Using Poke Beans can also slash the duration to as much as half, so you only need to wait 12 hours for your buddies to return.

Rank 1 requires 30 Pokemon in Box and 30 Poke Beans. This also unlocks the mission "Path for Odd-Shard Hunting!" which would send your Pokemon to collect - you guessed it - shards at the entrance of the cave.

Rank 2, on the other hand, requires 45 Pokemon in Box and 90 Poke Beans. It unlocks two more missions: "Path for Brilliant-Stone Hunting!" and "Path for Interesting-Item Hunting!" You can now have your Pokemon collect shards, strange stones in a deeper part of the cave and some interesting items from freely exploring.

Rank 3 requires 60 Pokemon in Box and 150 Poke Beans. It unlocks the last mission called "Path for Rare-Treasure Hunting!" Aside from collecting shards, strange stones and interesting items, you can now have your pal on a mission to find rare treasures deep in the underground of the cave in Isle Aphun.

Poke Pelago: Isle Eveup

To train your Pokemon, leave them at Isle Evelup. Leave them at groups of six and give them specific potions that will improve their respective stats. A session lasts 30 minutes, but it can be shaved off to 15 minutes using Poke Beans. You can even set how many sessions you want your Pokemon to go through before you pick them up. Depending on the level of the island, your Pokemon gets 1, 2 or 4 EVs per session.

At Rank 1, which requires 45 Pokemon in Box and 45 Poke Beans, you can have leave six Pokemon. Rank 2 with 60 Pokemon in Box and 120 Poke Beans allows you to leave 12 monsters, while Rank 3 with 75 Pokemon in Box and 225 Poke Beans allows you to leave 18.

Moving on to drinks, we have the Level Boost Drink that can increase the EXP by 300 on average per session. Then we also have the HP Boost, Attack Boost, Defense Boost, Sp. Atk Boost, Sp. Def Boost and Speed Boost Drinks that increases the respective EV by 1, 2 or 4 depending on Isle Eveup's level.

Poke Pelago: Isle Avue

After intensive training, I think we all deserve some relaxation time. In the last island of Poke Pelago, we have the hot springs that can increase the Happiness of your Pokemon. You can also leave eggs here for them to hatch (more on tips to hatch eggs fast here). Using Poke Beans will double the Happiness or will make eggs hatch faster.

Rank 1 can be unlocked with 60 Pokemon in Box and 60 Poke Beans, for Rank 2, you need 75 Pokemon in Box and 150 Poke Beans, and 90 Pokemon in Box and 240 Poke Beans for Rank 3. You can leave 6, 12 or 18 Pokemon respectively.

To determine the Happiness Value, base it on the statement given. "Looks quite fond of Isle Avue" means that the value is at 0-99. "Your Pokémon seems pretty relaxed!" corresponds to 100-149 value while "Your Pokémon looks mighty relaxed!" is to 150-199.

"Your Pokémon seems so relaxed that it would be impossible to be any more relaxed!" corresponds to 200-250 value. Lastly, "Your Pokémon looked like it had taken all the heat that it can handle! But it seems to have perked up now that it's seen your face, hmm?!" means that it has been there for 24 hours and its Happiness is dropping.
