Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller have been portraying pseudo brothers in "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow." But they will soon be back as blood brothers in "Prison Break" season 5. Finally, after nearly 8 long years, die-hard fans of the show will again see the two trying their best to escape the confines of whatever prison facility they are held up.
Michael Is Not Dead After All
Last season, fans of the show were led to believe that Michael Scofield (Miller) was dead. But in "Prison Break" season 5 he will definitely be alive. Because of the resourcefulness of T-Bag, Lincoln will learn that Michael is in prison somewhere in Yemen. Lincoln then decides that he will get his brother out no matter what it takes.

Why Was Michael Imprisoned In Yemen?
"Prison Break" season 5 will also explain why Michael was imprisoned in the first place. It will also feature his activities in the last eight years that he's been presumed as dead. There are some spoilers which indicate that some of his activities cannot be considered as things that are done by a good guy.
Previous Cast Members Will Come Back
In "Prison Break" season 5, fans will see the old cast returning to reprise their roles. Aside from Purcell and Miller, Paul Adelstein, Rockmond Dunbar, Robert Knepper, Amaury Nolasco and Sarah Wayne Callies will play their old characters. But there will also be new additions to the cast.
Some of the latest additions to the cast include Mark Feuerstein. He will play the love interest of Sara. Some have speculated that this will cause some complications in the reunion of Sara and Michael. Unfortunately, an old cast member, Alexander Mahone, is no longer included in the cast. The show's premiere is slated in early January 2017.
