The popular Korean TV series "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" will soon come to an end. During the series, the fans were treated to sweet and endearing moments through the love story of Crown Prince Lee Yeong (Park Bo Gum) and Hong Ra-On, however, the much-anticipated finale seems to take a darker turn.

The last episode of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" showed Prime Minister Kim announcing that Crown Prince Lee Yeong has been involved with perceived traitor Hong Ra-On. The Crown Prince was told to have Ra-On killed but he hesitated. Several soldiers who are rebels turned against the king and the episode ended with a major cliffhanger after Lee Yeong's confidant, Byung-Yeon revealed himself to be a rebel.

The finale is rumored to be heart stopping and will reveal what will happen with the couple. Viewers will see the Crown Prince Lee Yeong's life in danger. This could be because of his involvement with Hong Ra-On. It is rumored that the real palace official traitors will be exposed and that the plot to overthrow the Crown Prince will be revealed.
The most tragic speculation is that Crown Prince Lee Yeong will die protecting his love Hong Ra-On. This was due to the episode finale teaser when Lee Yeong was seen in a stand-off with the palace guards.
Another rumor is that Hong Ra-On will be put in exile and that Lee Yeong will just let her go. Fans have now taken to social media to express their thoughts about these recent spoilers.
However, all these are just speculations and will only be confirmed once the last two episodes are aired.
