Leo Olsen Guillot is a social media mastermind. It's not easy to become a social media consultant for top-rated companies at 21. But Leo Olsen's mind is ahead of other marketing specialists. He is not just a social media consultant; he is also a coach, a mentor for entrepreneurs. But achieving so much at such a young age is sometimes overwhelming. How does Leo Olsen handle success? How does he make his clients realize the importance of social media for brand recognition? We will get all the answers from the man himself.

Q: Mr. Olsen, welcome, and thank you for making time for this interview. Can you start by saying how you handle success since you have achieved it at such a young age?

A: I try to remind myself of my humble beginnings and how it all started. Yes, I wanted my business to be successful, but I didn't expect such a huge response. And it wasn't difficult handling success. Because I didn't change as a person. We're leading a better lifestyle because there is more money now, but that doesn't change who I am or who I was. I'm still as dedicated, hardworking, and honest as I was when I had first started.

Q: Mr. Olsen, people consider you as a social media guru. How do you think social media impacts brand recognition?

A: I am no guru, to be honest. I try to help people with the little experience I have with social media marketing. Social media and brand recognition go hand in hand in today's world. Do you know nearly 63% of customers follow their favorite brands on social media? Why do you think they do that? It's because they want to stay updated with the latest news of those brands.

This stat alone proves the power of social media to make a brand successful. I feel that if you want to start a business but don't have enough money for different marketing streams, use social media to your advantage. It's a platform with billions of users. Imagine what a solid social media marketing strategy can do to your brand when you have such a wide audience to target.

Q: Do you think emailing or cold calling is irrelevant now?

A: No, I don't think so. They are still fruitful marketing strategies, but social media is a better option for now. You have to evolve your marketing techniques according to the market trends. If something else comes up in the next five or ten years, then social media marketing will also not remain as popular as it is now. But I don't think cold calling or emailing is irrelevant. You need to work more on these marketing strategies because they don't allow you to freely interact with your target audience.

Q: Do you have any message for social media marketers?

A: I would say that you need to add a bit of innovation to any new trend that you see. That's what sets you apart from the rest. Refuse to conform and explore all your options to bring out the highest potential of your marketing campaigns.

Mr. Olsen, thank you so much for talking to us. We are fortunate to have you with us today, and we hope we can talk like this again in the future.
