Baymax has returned to save the world, and the new trailer is out!

In the "Big Hero 6" spinoff series "Baymax!," Scott Adsit reprises his role as the huggable healthcare buddy.

'Baymax!' On Disney+

"Baymax!," which will premiere on Disney+ on June 29, is a sequel to Disney's 2014 adaption of the Marvel comic book "Big Hero 6," and is Walt Disney Animation Studios' first-ever animated series, according to a report by Comic Book.

Each episode of the Disney+ Original series shows the healthcare bot-turned-superhero employing his new unique abilities to help citizens in need in the city of San Fransokyo.

Watch the "Baymax!" trailer below.

Did You Know That Baymax Is a Marvel Superhero?

Digital Trends mentioned that Baymax is a Marvel superhero, which many casual fans are unaware of. But when Disney adapted Baymax and his squad into the 2014 feature film "Big Hero 6," they took a few creative liberties.

Baymax is an inflatable healthcare robot designed by Tadashi Hamada in this series. Hiro Hamada, Tadashi's younger brother, reprogrammed Baymax to become a superhero after Tadashi's apparent death. However, Baymax must now live up to his original programming.

Baymax and Hiro were cast as members of the techy superhero squad Big Hero 6, which also included San Fransokyo Institute of Technology students Go Go (Jamie Chung), Wasabi (Damon Wayans Jr.), Fred (T.J. Miller), and Honey Lemon (Genesis Rodriguez).
