If you happen to be considering trying it out, or you have already started but consider yourself a beginner still, here are some yoga apps for beginners that may want to check out. As early as now, we would like to note that these apps may require payment in order for you to access their content.

Alo Moves

If you are familiar with the clothing brand called Alo Yoga, then you may have already heard of Alo Moves, which is pretty much the brand's yoga app.

According to an article by Oprah Daily, Alo Moves is a yoga app that gives you "the ability to choose from thousands of classes—with new ones added daily—make Alo Moves a go to for yogis and general fitness lovers alike."

Alo Movie is really convenient to use, especially since it allows you to download your classes so that you can still access them even if you are not connected to the WiFI. You also get to pick classes that target areas that you prefer.

Alo Moves is available for download for both iOS and Android users.

Gaia TV Conscious Media

Gaia TV Conscious Media, otherwise known simply as Gaia, features over 8,000 videos not just on yoga, but also meditation and alternative healing, per an article by Marie Claire. Some of these videos are perfect for those days when you do not have much time that you can allot to yoga or even basic stretching.

While you do get a free trial that lasts seven weeks, you will have to pay after that period of time in order to access Gaia's videos.

Gaia is available for download for both iOS and Android devices.

Glo

According to the article by Oprah Daily, Glo is considered as one of the highest rated yoga apps out there. Not only does it offer classes covering different styles of yoga, you can also find pilates and meditation classes. If you want to have an idea just how many classes there are, Oprah Daily says that Glo has more than 4,000 of them.

The app is also compatible with smart TVs, such as the Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku. It should be noted, however, that you will have to pay to access the classes after a free trial period.

Glo is available for download for both iOS and Android devices.
