Apple iPhone 12 Mini Refurbished Starts Selling in the US
As per a news story by Mac Rumors, Apple has finally included its iPhone 12 mini in its online refurbished store in the US.
It is the first time the phone maker sells a certified refurbished version of the iPhone 12 mini in the US since it debuted way back in 2020.
The Apple online store sells "certified refurbished" iPhone devices, including the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 series.
The cheapest option on the list is the much older standard black iPhone 11, which comes with up to 256GB of internal memory, retailing for $549. Its buyers get a price discount of up to $100 compared to its brand new cost.
On the other hand, the most expensive option in the list of refurbished Apple smartphones is none other than the iPhone 12 Pro with a massive 256GB of storage, flaunting the sleek Graphite color option.
The refurbished iPhone 12 Pro (256 GB) sells in the Apple online store for $849, wherein customers could save up to $150.
Without any further ado, the newly listed refurbished iPhone 12 mini gets up to $100 price off from its brand new cost, retailing for only $579.
iPhone 12 mini: Is It Still Worth it in 2022?
The $579 price tag is cheap for an iPhone, but is getting an iPhone 12 mini still worth it?
The iPhone 12 mini specifically flaunts a 5.4-inch OLED display, which might seem small when compared to smartphones these days.

The refurbished iPhone 12 mini still runs the same old reliable A14 Bionic chip. The device also comes readily with 5G, so it should be good enough for watching videos or playing games without needing a Wi-Fi connection.
The mini boasts two 12-megapixel rear cameras, the same as most of the lower-end offerings of Apple.
It is worth noting that the iPhone 12 series, including its mini variant, flaunts a closely similar look to the current iPhone 13 lineup. So, its design still does not look that dated.
