Apple Watch Pro cases now give us an early glimpse of its design. The leak comes shortly before the Cupertino-based tech giant officially unveils its new smartwatch variant.

The renowned tech giant is set to introduce its upcoming tech devices during its Far Out event on September 7, which puts the spotlight on the next-generation iPhone 14.

But besides the newest iPhone lineup, it looks like Apple is also introducing the latest version of its smart wearables, including its most-expensive variant, aptly known as the "Pro."

Apple Watch Pro Cases Hint Flatter Display, New Chassis Design

As per the latest news story by Mac Rumors, an early sighting of the accessory cases for the rumored Apple Watch Pro gives a glimpse of how it would look once it debuts along with the iPhone 14.

In a few more days, Apple is already introducing its new sleek mobile devices and smartwatches. And as such, more leaks and reports are now sprouting like mushrooms everywhere. In fact, a recent leak from China is now giving us a teaser of the Pro variant design.

A post from the Twitter counterpart in China, known as Weibo, shares a photo of an alleged Apple Watch Pro accessory case.

Mac Rumors further adds that a leaker on Twitter, Sonny Dickson, also shared a different photo of a similar case that surfaced on the Chinese social media platform.

The Weibo user who goes by the username UnclePan says in his caption that the Apple Watch "Pro is not square in the traditional sense, but a new form factor."

And besides that, it appears that the chassis of the smart wearable is more rounded than the Series 7. However, its top part seems flatter when it starts to meet the display.

Mac Rumors further points out in its story that the leaked cases come with more cutouts on their sides, not to mention that the holes look bigger than other Apple Watch variants in the past.

The early look at the cases, which is allegedly for the new Pro variant, surely gives us at least a better idea of the new rumored Apple Watch option.

However, do take this with a grain of salt, as this does not necessarily mean that it is the official look of the new Apple product.

What to Expect from the Apple Watch Pro

Meanwhile, according to a report by Apple Insider, the new Pro variant is set to be the most expensive Apple Watch option, which could likely start from a hefty $900.

The rumored rugged variant is expected to boast a bigger display and overall new design as it reintroduced the Series 4 form factor.
