T-Mobile's iPhone 14 Pre-Order Page Shows The Wrong Design — A Pill+Hole Look Instead?

The iPhone 14 Pro pre-order page on T-Mobile features the wrong design of the new high-end Apple flagship device.

It is worth noting that early rumors of the next-generation iPhone have been consistently pointing toward a new pill-shaped and punch hole design or "pill+hole" look.

However, Apple went on to debut the new iPhone 14 Pro models with a different notch replacement, the so-called Dynamic Island design.

CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 07: New iPhone 14 Pros are displayed during an Apple special event on September 07, 2022 in Cupertino, California. Apple unveiled the new iPhone 14 as well as new versions of the Apple Watch, including the Apple Watch SE, a low-cost version of the popular timepiece that will start st $249.

iPhone 14 T-Mobile Pre-Order Page Shows the Wrong Design

The new iPhone 14 frankly looks entirely similar to its two predecessors, the iPhone 13 and the two-year-old iPhone 12, except for the new pill-shaped cutout, at least on its new Pro variants.

Given that, it appears that the folks at T-Mobile got confused. And it turns out the carrier got the only noticeable design update on the next-generation Apple flagship all wrong.

The pre-order page of the US carrier showcases a separate punch hole and pill-shaped look for its iPhone 14 Pro listing.

While Apple officially introduced its next-generation iPhone Pro variants with the new Dynamic Island cutout, T-Mobile mistakenly introduced another design.

According to a news report by 9to5 Mac, the listing for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max features s a look that never really materialized. In fact, both silver and the space black color options miss out on the Dynamic Notch.

T-Mobile got the design of the all-new Apple iPhone 14 all wrong in its pre-order page.

However, upon checking the T-Mobile website, it appears that the giant carrier has already fixed the mishap on its iPhone 14 listing.

Despite that, the list of Apple products on its website still carries the wrong design. The thumbnail for the all-new iPhone 14 Pro still does not have the Dynamic Island cutout.

9to5 Mac highlights that the wrong design of the iPhone 14 Pro on the pre-order page of the carrier absolutely looks like it was straight from the Cupertino-based tech giant.

So it looks like T-Mobile assumingly made renders of the new iPhone based on earlier rumors ahead of its actual release. And for some reason, the team failed to update it when Apple surprisingly introduced a different look.

The new iPhone 14 Pro models actually rock separate pill-shaped and punch hole cutouts beneath its display.

According to a report by Mac Rumors, the software makes it look as if it was a single cutout.

The notch replacement on the iPhone could transform into various sizes and designs based on the UI. It changes in size and overall look when users play some music or charge their smartphone, among other functions like taking a call.
