Gamer completionists should be pleased with Resident Evil 4 Remake.

A Reddit user recently leaked the achievements players can acquire while playing Capcom's upcoming survival-action horror game while also giving a sneak peek into the game's contents. 

Gamers who wish to play Resident Evil 4 Remake won't have to wait for much longer since Capcom will release it in less than a week as of press time.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Achievements

A Reddit user going by the username u/Hatether revealed in the r/GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit most, if not all, of Resident Evil 4 Remake's achievements. 

The achievements in the game are basically the ones people usually expect in a Resident Evil game or any other game. Gamers who played the original 2005 game may be familiar with some of these achievements, too. 

 Players get achievements when they finish the game on a certain difficulty and when they do impressive things, such as defeating a number of enemies using a single item.

Being collectors and game completionists can also help in acquiring some of the game's achievements, such as obtaining all treasures or destroying objects in a certain part of the game. Last but not least, the game will reward players with an achievement or two when they think outside the box and succeed in what they're playing - the sky's the limit.

There could still be other achievements Capcom hasn't able to add just yet; whether the list the leaker revealed will be the official one is up for debate until the game releases on Mar. 24.

Regardless of the game's possible number of achievements, the list does reveal much about the game's contents. For one, Regenerators, the one enemy most OG Resident Evil 4 players are afraid of, are making a comeback, while Capcom may be introducing a new enemy for gamers and Leon to face off in the form of ClockWork Castellans. 

The leaker revealed more than just the Resident Evil 4 Remake's achievement list, though. According to Gameranx, Capcom removed the U-3 from the game. For those unaware, the U-3, a human insect chimera found in Chapter 5-3 the original RE4, could be fought through a boss fight. 

The achievement list possibly confirms the U-3's absence in the game, though the list could be lacking a few entries, as previously mentioned. According to Game Rant, the list could lack possible hidden achievements that the leaker was either unaware of or unable to see.
