Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 Design Revealed in FCC Filing

The design for Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 made its first appearance at the public FCC filing.

The first Galaxy SmartTag was launched last 2021 with two versions, the base version with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and plus version with BLE and more precise UWB location.

One notable similarity with its close competitor, Apple AirTag, is that the SmartTag only works within the Galaxy phones. For now, there is no indication if this will remain for the SmartTag 2.
