6 Convenient Stardew Valley Mods You Can Try

Although Stardew Valley was released back in 2016, it is still quite popular today. It's a sandbox game so there's really no end to it. If you're currently playing the game, you might want to look into certain that will make gameplay a whole lot easier.

1. CJB Items Spawner

This mod is created by CJBok and Pathoschild, and it allows you to spawn all the items that can be found in the game. It kind of beats the purpose of the game, and would also take the fun out of it, but you can use it from time to time to spawn items that are very hard to get or come by. Prismatic Shards for example.

2. CJB Cheats Menu

This one is aptly named because you'll be able to alter a lot of major aspects of the game. Also created by CJBok and Pathoschild, you could add various currencies to your coffers as many times as you want. You'll also be able to warp to significant locations as well as freeze time.

You can also alter the heart status of every character in the game. Don't feel like waiting for your cask to produce Iridium-grade products? You can make it so they'll be done in seconds. That's just a few of the many things that you can do with the cheats menu.

3. NPC Map Locations

There are 45 characters you'll meet throughout Stardew Valley, and it would be difficult to remember each one's schedule. That means that you'll sometimes have to walk around aimlessly to find them if you need to interact with them. With this mod, each of them will appear on the map, making it easier to locate them.

4. Simple Crop Label

Once you plant a crop, you can't really identify what it is, unless you've memorized what every seed looks like in the game. This can be inconvenient when you accidentally hit one with a pickaxe and need to replant the same crop in a certain area. The mod made by TheMusketeer allows you to determine what kind of seed they are just by hovering the arrow over it.

5. Loved Labels

In order to get higher-grade animal products, you have to make sure that they are happy. That means putting a heater in the barn or coop for winter and petting each one of them. This can be a lot of work if you don't have an auto petter.

Not only will you have to pet every single one of them, but it's also hard to determine which one is already petted, especially since they're identical. The loved label shows if they still need love or not so you won't accidentally keep opening their status panel.

6. Tractor Mod

The tractor mod is an assistive feature that helps you plant, harvest, and break obstacles without clicking on them individually. You'll be able to get one by having Robin build a garage for the tractor. Just by equipping the appropriate tool, you can do everything much faster and in a bigger radius.
