The Value of PS5 Console

Sony released PS5 last November 2020, almost three years after its launch the console is still raking up revenue for its parent company. In July 2023, it was reported that the console has sold more than 40 million units since its release, proving how massive its success is.

The PS5 is currently priced at $450 in the United States. The console also offers limited edition versions which sells for over $500. Hence, some people on social media stood for the man's dedication to save the console. Some even commented that the console might be the most valuable thing in his home, leading him to save it.

In an X post by user Oussazeus, the man was captured holding the console while overseeing the effect of the earthquake. What makes it intriguing is that the man was shirtless and barefoot on the road. "PS5 with no t-shirt on barefoot on the concrete is insane. But I understand," an X user commented.
