Disney has released several animated over the years which has spawned some powerful characters. Others are evil, others are not, but all are formidable opponents. Here are some characters that would dominate in a fight even as the villain.
1. Ursula from 'The Little Mermaid'
Sure, she was defeated by Prince Eric and Ariel by ramming the splintered end of a boat through her, but you can't dent the kind of power that she had. Even before she obtained King Triton's trident, she was already a witch capable of doing all sorts of magic like transfiguration and stealing one's voice.

2. Dr. Facilier from 'The Princess and the Frog'
Anyone who deals with magic will always be hard to beat, especially once with "friends on the other side." The Shadow Man had knowledge of voodoo and had a knack for mischief and deception. With the help of what we assume to be evil spirits, there's nowhere anyone can hide from him as they hunt the person down.

3. Hercules from 'Hercules'
This list would not be complete without Hercules. I mean, he's a Greek demigod. He defeated the Nemean lion (who looked suspiciously similar to Scar) and defeated the Hydra that Hades sent his way. On top of that, he was trained by the satyr Phil to fight. It would be hard to defeat him since even the god of the underworld didn't manage to.

4. Jack-Jack Parr from 'The Incredibles 2'
His parents along with Dash only have one power, and Violet only has two. Jack-Jack, on the other hand, had several. As we saw in the "The Incredibles" sequel, he is able to disappear to a different dimension, turn into a strong demon baby, become a giant, catch fire, float, shoot laser beams, and probably more. Imagine what he can do as a grown-up.

5. Queen Elsa from 'Frozen'
The power of ice grants her dangerous enough powers as it is. She can create icicles that can be deadly towards enemies and build a fortress effortlessly. Plus, she can animate snow golems that can defend her. With a fortress, ice giants, and an unlimited supply of weaponized ice, she's unstoppable.

6. Maleficent from 'Sleeping Beauty'
While everyone was led to believe that Maleficent was a witch, the movie starring Angelina Jolie showing her origin shows that she's actually a fairy. Brought forth by human ambition and greed, she found herself using her powers for evil, and in turn, showing us how terrifying she can be. She can control the forest and cast spells on people, so best not to get on her bad side.

7. Antonio Madrigal from 'Encanto'
Antonio is able to communicate with animals, and they seem to like him as well. One can say that they would do things for him, and that could be frightening given that a lot of animals can do serious damage like lions or venomous snakes. If he is ever in a predicament, they will protect him at all costs. Just imagine a pride of lions surrounding him ready to pounce.
