5 Things We Want to See in GTA VI

The trailer for GTA VI is officially the most viewed video game trailer on YouTube, getting over 90 million views in just 24 hours. It is arguably the most anticipated game of the decade, and we are already thinking about the things we want to see in the game in 2025.

1. Notoriety Level

We're not talking about the "wanted" level when you commit crimes. If Rockstar Games can, it would be nice to have some kind of system where completing major and side quests earns you a better and more feared reputation.

This, in turn, will give you access to more perks within the game or will affect how NPCs will interact with you. If you want to purchase guns or cars, for instance, you'll get discounts since your name will already be known in the crime underworld.

2. More Cheat Codes

There are already a lot of cheat codes in the latest available game, GTA V, which allows you to spawn vehicles, change in-game physics, and get empowering perks. Still, it would be cooler if there were more cheats to try out within the game.

Some could even be just for fun. Older titles like GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City had a lot of silly cheat codes like "GREENLIGHT," where all traffic lights turn green, or "BIGBANG," where all nearby cars would explode.

3. Side Hustles

Earning money is likely something that comes with the game in order to buy the things you want and need, and it's never really easy to earn them in the beginning. As a way to do so, it would be great if the protagonist, Lucia, would be able to conduct robberies.

There are a lot of possibilities, especially since the game is centered on crime and doing whatever the hell you want. Aside from robberies, there could be side hustles where you smuggle, assassinate, or just play mini-games to earn money or resources.

4. Hidden, Unique Stories

We know well enough that Rockstar Games is capable of creating an open world full of secrets and easter eggs that you can find by exploring. Players often place Red Dead Redemption II in high regard because of the amount of things you can find.

You can find a lone house in the middle of nowhere and discover a deeper and sadder story when you go in. The developers put in so much detail in the game that you can repeat it several and still discover something new.

5. More Endings

Other choice-based games start considering your choices right from the start to determine what kind of ending you'll get or have access to. In GTA V, you'll have three choices no matter what, which is to Kill Trevor, Kill Michael, or choose Deathwish.

If the choices are considered early on, there would be several branches of possibilities that all boil down to the fate of the character in the end. This adds a certain level of replayability to the game as players try to see every single ending possible.
