Vampire Survivors unveiled its third paid expansion called Emergency Meeting DLC, which features a crossover with Among Us.

Vampire Survivors Celebrates First Collaborative DLC

According to game developer Poncle, the upcoming crossover marks their first collaborative DLC and it was made possible by Innersloth. "We took elements of Among Us that most fans of the game will recognise and freely re-interpreted them in a Vampire Survivors spin, for some outrageous, ridiculous, and hopefully fun, combinations of characters and weapons," Poncle wrote.

The new DLC features 15 new weapons and nine new characters from Among Us. In addition, there will be a new large stage, a new adventure, six music tracks, and 20 in-game achievements. However, there will be no Steam achievements since it is a collaborative DLC.

The Vampire Survivors: Emergency Meeting is set to launch on December 18 for PC and Xbox. Meanwhile, the Switch and mobile versions will be releasing the Emergency Meeting DLC and The Deeplorable Update at later dates.

Fans Express Excitement Over Game Crossover

After releasing the DLC trailer, many fans shared their excitement over the game's update. Among Us also hopped on the hype train after showing support for the announcement.

Aside from Vampire Survivors, Among Us also has an ongoing crossover with Comiscube until February 28, 2024. The reward track is packed with cosmetic prizes and references to some indie titles such as Undertale, Celeste, and Untitled Goose Game.

Meanwhile, fans can start putting the DLC on their wishlist as they count down the number of days before it rolls out.
