'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)' Comes to Disney Plus This March

Disney Plus announced that "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)" will arrive on the streaming platform on March 15. 

The concert film, first shown to theaters, will feature the "cardigan" and four additional acoustic songs upon its release.

'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)' on Disney Plus 

Swift's record-breaking tour was filmed on three shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The almost three-hour concert movie debuted last October 15, 2023, and has grossed over $260 million worldwide at the global box office. 

"The Eras Tour has been a true phenomenon that has and continues to thrill fans around the world, and we are very excited to bring this electrifying concert to audiences wherever they are, exclusively through Disney+," Disney CEO Bob Iger shared. 

In addition, compared to its theatrical release, Disney+ promised that the entire concert would be shown exclusively for the first time. Four mystery additional acoustic songs and "cardigan" will be featured.

During the tour, fans of Swift always wait for the surprise songs that she would play. During the SoFi Stadium shows, Swift performed "Maroon," "I Can See You," "Death by a Thousand Cuts," and "You are in Love." Meanwhile, "No Body, No Crime" featuring Haim also graced the shows but was cut from the film. 

"I'm thrilled to let you know I've found a streaming home for 'The Eras Tour Concert Film', and that home will be @disneyplus. For the first time, we'll be showing the entire concert ... and I'm calling it, huge shock," Swift wrote on Instagram

Previously, the concert film was released on Swift's 34th birthday which included three bonus songs. This includes "Wildest Dreams," "The Archer," and "Long Live," pushing the running time to three hours and one minute.
