Peloton to Launch Graphic Adventure Games for Tread, Bike

Peloton is reportedly preparing to launch more games for its Tread and Bike devices to elevate its user experience.

Two years ago, Peloton launched a video game mode for its equipment called Lanebreak, and since then, the feature has been well-received.

Peloton Utilizes Video Games as Exercise Motivation

After the success of Lanebreak, Peloton is now invested in producing more video games to motivate its users to continue their exercise. 9to5Google's APK Insight team spotted hints for two new games under the "Games Prototype experience" files.

One of the games is already ahead of its production and is called "Grow." The game is rumored to be based on the user's exercise efforts. Players will be able to transform a piece of land into a lush garden.

"Grow's" game preview also suggests that players must run to avoid enemies, which are in the form of slightly scary bunnies, blocking the path. Based on the files, it is designed to have three difficulties, depending on how intense the workout is.

Peloton Works on Ambitious Video Game

On the other hand, information for the second game is less than what is revealed for "Grow." However, the internal documents unveiled it to be a more ambitious project.

"Discover mysterious artifacts while traversing an open world," the documents stated. There were also a couple of promotional artworks from the files, bearing some similarities in the art style of indie games like "Journey" and "Rime."

Peloton is also reportedly planning to do a public alpha testing for the video games. A game-related survey and in-app notification said users must be at least 14 years old to play the alpha games.

The upcoming games might be available soon on Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread and Tread+ models.
