Sony's PlayStation 4 units are no doubt a globally popular console these days. The flagship gaming console reportedly became Sony's best-selling this year selling over 40 million PlayStation 4 units.

According to Polygon, Sony's recorded sales data from Nov. 15, 2013 to May 22, 2016 reveal that it has firm software sales. The Japanese company sold over 270.9 million games through retail stores as well in its PlayStation Network.

Earlier this week, Sony issued a financial forecast, stating 20 million units more would be put up for sale globally for the company's fiscal year, beginning from April this year through March 31, 2017. According to the company president, Andrew House, its PS4 is still their high selling console because of its "exclusive and expansive gaming content" provided for loyal gamers.

When it comes to games for Sony's top console, the most recommended games would be "Until Dawn," "Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition" and "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," according to Kotaku. Here are the reasons they are the best.

1. "Until Dawn"

The game has proven to be the best interactive horror movie, developed by Supermassive Games in 2015. It is a shocking, absurd and intense game as players will struggle to keep the characters alive throughout the game.

2. "Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition"

This game Is perfectly suitable for PS4 as it smoothly runs in high-quality settings and supports local co-op on the PS4. It is developed by  Blizzard Entertainment in May 21012. Diablo III is also ideal for gamers who like to fight off monster, which also allows players choose one of six character classes, including Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Witch Doctor or Wizard.

3. "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End"

This game is definitely the best for Sony's top PS4, an action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Naughty Dog. The game, which was recently released earlier this month is the last of Nathan Drake's adventure as a treasure hunter and the last of the "Uncharted" franchise.

Uncharted 4 fits features stunning detailed landscape designs with great gameplay, perfect for gamers who love thrill and adventure. In the game, Nathan is reunited with his brother and has to find the long-lost treasure in order to save his brother. Sony sold more than 2.7 million copies in its first week.
