''Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3' DLC 'Descent' To Introduce Dragons, New Maps; Pack's Official Release Date Revealed!

Lots of things are bound to happen to "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" as soon as the third DLC called "Descent" arrives. The content is said to introduce some new features as well as gameplay improvements. But among the shenanigans, the one that captures the interest of many are the dragons. Here is everything to know about the upcoming pack as well as its release date.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the upcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC "Descent" is slated for a release for PlayStation 4 within this month. As for the PC and Xbox One platforms, the title is expected to be introduced sometime next month.

The brand new "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" downloadable content will feature some zombie experience, courtesy of Stalingrad. Aside from that, new maps are reportedly arriving as well. Stalingrad, also known as Gorod Krovi, is basically one of the most dangerous enemies players will go up against. The best news so far, however, is that fans will be battling against fiery dragons.

The said "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" maps are namely Empire, Cryogen, Berserk and Rumble. Empire, as reported by VG247, this is where the fan favorite map Raid is being adapted. It is, albeit new, a re-imaging of the classic map.

Cryogen, on the other hand, is located far off the coastal area of the Dead Sea. Here, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" players will have to be careful of the sentry towers as well as all possible attacks that will happen. Meanwhile, Berserk will feature archaic sentinels reportedly guarding the entrance. Players will have to win the challenge that blizzards bring. Lastly, Rumble will find fans battling against massive mechanized warriors in a stadium.

It is worth noting that all of the forthcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" maps will arrive prior to the release of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" this Fall. Meanwhile, a highly anticipated event called "Call of Duty" XP Event is scheduled to happen in September. This is where gamers will have the chance to play the fourth "Black Ops 3" DLC before its initial release.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC "Descent" will arrive on PlayStation 4 come July 12 for $15, if a player owns the Season Pass worth $49.99.
