'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Spoilers, News & Updates: April, Meredith & Jo Get Happy Ending?

With a few months away from its thirteenth season premiere, "Grey's Anatomy" cast and crew are already getting ready for its first shooting day. As the cast went through the script of their first episode, they also shared what is in store for their characters.

During the season 12 finale of "Grey's Anatomy," some of the characters of the show have bid their farewell. However, there can still be a lot in store for the rest of the cast. They recently got together for their first script reading for the thirteenth season.

Some of the details of the season are still being kept away from the knowledge of the fans, but there is much to be told about what is in store for season 13 of "Grey's Anatomy;" One of which is the fate of April and Arizona's friendship. According to Design and Trend, despite the falling out between the two characters in the season 12 finale, they will eventually patch things up soon.

There are also rumors saying that April and Jackson will try to work on their relationship for the sake of their baby. Even though the couple were on the verge of divorce already, they allegedly decided to hold it off and work on their issues since it is not healthy for the baby.

As for Alex and Jo's fate, Game and Guide reported that Jo may possibly come clean to Alex already about why she can't marry him. Reports say that she will allegedly be honest with Alex already about her being married which is why she can't marry him in the first place.

As for Meredith, she has this issue about what can possibly be a relationship with Nathan, the one guy that her sister Maggie is in love with. There hasn't been any news yet whether she will come clean to Maggie about it or just keep it in the dark for now.

Fans will have to wait for its season 13 premiere on September 22 to know what happens to their favorite "Grey's Anatomy" stars.
