'Pokemon GO' Guide On Catching Gastly, Gengar & Haunter

The thought of catching even a single creature is enough to make a "Pokemon GO" player happy. But of course, it would still be best if the rarest of all Pokemons is acquired. So aside from focusing on levelling up and training, capturing these types of species is also of utmost importance. Well, here is how to actually get hold of Gastly, Gengar and Haunter.

The Three Common Goals Of "Pokemon GO"

According to Eurogamer, "Pokemon GO" is defined by three common goals: levelling, evolving/powering up and catching new creatures. The three, in one way or another, are interconnected to each other. And that the higher the trainer level of a player is, the chances of finding rare Pokemons is quite likely. Hence these three goals must be efficiently balanced, so as to guarantee such milestone.

How To Catch Haunter In "Pokemon GO"

This "Pokemon GO" creature is without a doubt a fan-favorite. When it comes to capturing it, the key is to look for Gastly whenever possible. The latter is basically the original form while Haunter is the evolved one, with Gengar being its last form.

To evolve into Haunter in "Pokemon GO" game, players must at least have 25 Gastly candies. To make the said creature into Gengar, a total of 100 of these candies are needed. But of course, if they are lucky enough, they can skip this step if they are able to acquire either one in the wild.

Where To Find Ghost-Type Creatures In "Pokemon GO"

In its most organic form, Gastly is a ghost-type "Pokemon GO" creature. And believe it or not, such species can sometimes be obtained near cemeteries. Besides, the aforementioned said location the ghost pokemon sometimes makes its home in gyms and Pokestops.

As noted by AttackOfTheFanboy, there also chances of "Pokemon GO" ghost-type creatures showing up in Pokestops. This is most especially when there is a great number of players around. Anyway, there is a workaround, that is to hatch an egg. Gastly is said to be hatched in a 5km egg, so perhaps, fans can try such a technique.
