And the other girl turns out to be her brother's ex-girlfriend Bella Pendergast. According to Huffington Post, before Bella Thorne's Twitter announcement, she retweeted several Snapchats of her and Pendergast where they are cuddling and locking lips with each other. Her fans are very supportive of her after her announcement.
