'Grimm' Season 6: Things You Need To Know On The Show's Final Season

It has been confirmed that our favorite supernatural show Grimm is returning for its final season. Grimm Season 6 is set to start mid-season on January 6, 2017.

TV Line reported that Grimm Season 6 will only have 13 episodes. This is in great contrast to the other five seasons where the show features 22 episodes each.

With season 5 leaving us with cliffhangers and questions, we can be sure that Grimm Season 6 is going to be action-packed. In the last season, Nick Burkhardt, played by David Giuntoli, and his friends are on the run. They have no home - everything is burned, including their connections. They do not know who they can trust.

In an interview with EnStars, David Giuntoli revealed that Grimm Season 6 will pick up from just milliseconds away from where they left last season. The actor also said that Captain Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz), who is also now the mayor of Portland, has all the power. All of their usual "hang outs" are now compromised. Guintoli said, "We can't go to the precinct, we can't go to the loft, and we can't go to Monroe and Rosalee's place. We spend a lot of time in the rabbit warren, which are the tunnels."

But just like everything else in Grimm, nothing is ever that simple. We have to remember that Rosalee (Bree Turner) is pregnant. Season 6 will show us how she and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) are coping with the fact that they are about to be parents. Eve's (Bitsie Tulloch) alter-ego Juliette emerges back in season 5 and is probably going to emerge as well in season 6. How will Nick handle it now that he and Adalind have a son? We all have to wonder, if given a choice, who will Nick choose, Juliette or Adalind?

Hopefully, all of our questions get answers in Grimm Season 6.
