Taylor Swift seems to be keeping herself quite busy. After her recent highly-publicized romance with Tom Hiddleston ended, many assumed that she would start working on her music once more and it seems this prediction is spot-on.

The confirmation of this news come from none other than one of Swift's closest friends, Gigi Hadid. Hadid, who was walking for Tommy Hilfiger at the New York Fashion Week last Friday, had mentioned it briefly during an interview.

ETOnline reports that Hadid was happy to have Swift support her at such an important fashion show in her modelling career. Hadid beamed, "She's obviously such a great friend, and you know she is starting to go back to work in the studio again, and really made time to be here for me, and I am so grateful for that."

Many assumed that Swift would be back at her music after her break-up with long time boyfriend Calvin Harris. However, she took some downtime for herself and was followed by her whirlwind romance with Hiddleston, which ended only three months later.

It may be some time before anything is heard about Swift's new material. However, followers of the pop star expect that her new songs will reference her recently-ended relationship.

As for now, Swift seem to be enjoying the single life once more. She is spending a lot of time with her friends, and was spotted attending the NYFW. She also recently made headlines for her generosity towards her fans.

Swift did not miss the chance to express her delight in seeing Hadid walk for one of the most popular clothing brands of today. She posted a video of Hadid's walk on her Instagram, with a caption "SO PROUD OF YOU GIGI!!!! That show was INSANE. Congrats to Gi, Tommy, and all the girls who just owned that runway!!"

Hadid is part of Swift's famous "squad", alongside Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez.
