Ark: Survival Evolved Improvements

According to Inquisitr, the Ark: Survival Evolved update 247.0 brought the much needed in-game performance improvements fans have been hoping for. The studio has reportedly added around 30 to 40 percent rate in terms of the game's rendering improvement. It solely covers the title's player-created structures. It's worth noting that the community has been complaining about the aforesaid structures being a burdened in the title's overall performance -- from frame rate issues to frequent freezes to bases disappearing. Heck, the problem even worsens as soon as players tend to build more.

Ark: Survival Evolved Two Tameable Flyers

In terms of having new creatures, the recent Ark: Survival Evolved update doesn't fail to impress. Players are treated to a total of two flyers, both of which are tameable. These are the Tapejara and the Archaeopteryx. These creatures are located on The Island, The Center and the so-called Scorched Earth (the new expansion).

The Tapejara in Ark: Survival Evolved has the capability to hold up to three persons thanks to its saddle. The Archaeopteryx, on the other hand, is a smaller creature than the aforementioned. Unfortunately, players can't ride it. Nevertheless, they can have it as a companion bird.

New Ark: Survival Evolved Usable Item

The Ark: Survival Evolved update 247.0 also introduces a brand new item called the Night Vision Goggles. As the name suggests, these will allow players to see things in the dark. This is indeed a very interesting addition to the game.

As reported by Flickering Myth, the said Ark: Survival Evolved patch expanded the titular Center Fantasy map. It now includes a total of 13 mini caves, all of which are unique. Moreover, there's a new area for players to explore and can be found near the Edge of the World.
